Health TPA Directory is operated by Nexopic Inc. ("we" and "us"). This notice explains what the site collects and what we do with it. We keep it short because the site does very little.
When you browse
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, such as how often each listing is viewed. It does not use cookies. It records the page you visited, the site that referred you, and general details such as your browser, device type and country. Visits are counted with a temporary identifier that is discarded within a day, so it cannot follow you over time or across other websites.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, also processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you use the update form
The update form collects what you type into it: your name, title, work email and phone, the company and listing, what should change, and the best time to reach you. When you send it, the form passes that information to our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can process your request and follow up with you about it. Our server does not keep a log of what you entered.
If you choose to book a call from the update form, the scheduling page asks for your name and email so it can set up the call. What you enter there goes to our CRM and is used only for that call and your request.
What the listings contain
Listings describe companies, not people. They use public business information such as a company's website, main phone line and headquarters city. We do not publish names, personal email addresses or personal phone numbers.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads or use advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site (hosting and our CRM), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep update requests for as long as we need them to maintain the listing and a record of what changed and why. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send a request through the update form and say so in the details box.
Changes to this notice
If what the site does changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
